DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel San Francisco Airport North at 5000 Sierra Point Parkway, Brisbane, California.

I booked a king size bed, and though I checked in at 2 pm, I was given a double bed room. The desk clerk even repeated back my reservation order of king, and didn't mention to me she was providing a double.

About an hour after check in, Maintenance decided to let themselves into my room while I was in it.

This hotel doesn't provide complimentary morning coffee, only if you are Hilton Gold status or above.

I would have provided this commentary through a comment card but the hotel didn't have any behind the desk.

I would not recommend staying here. There are plenty of hotels around here, even Hilton hotels, which get the small things right. Even my hotel iron was broken!
